With more than 25 years guiding brand and communication strategy for organizations like Walt Disney World, National Geographic, and Choice Hotels, I’ve seen firsthand that authentic influence is the hidden accelerator of every successful business. For the past decade, I’ve helped professionals turn that insight into action, coaching them to earn trust and credibility as a leadership strategy that drives alignment and results, including as an award-winning adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University.
