Founder
Rita Santelli knows the challenges of leadership firsthand. She spent more than 15 years in C-suite roles leading change and transformation across for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She founded Stratevoce to bring that real-world experience to executive coaching, helping leaders navigate the competing demands, complex relationships, and difficult decisions that rarely have straightforward answers.
